How to create this flower - Create a basic flower; see our video creating a simple flower. However on the outer section ensure there are four loops on each peg.
Now remove from the loom and taking a matching strand of wool thread the needle through all the outside loops.
Pull on the wool to cup the outer loops.
Tie off and secure at the back.
