step four - Attach a silver border down either side of the toning card.

step five - Make five fringed flowers (see our techqniues section). One in a single colour then two sets of two.

step six - Attach the flowers down the middle of the card, positioning the single flower in the middle first. Then place two of the same colour either side of that and the last two remaining flowers an the two outside ends.
