Step one - Cut a piece of card 9cm x 9cm and in the middle attach the teabag folded rosette. Decorate the middle with an eyelet and a split pin. Our sample shows rosette type one - see our video techniques section for instructions.
Step two - Cut a piece of craft netting slightly larger than the card first cut.
Step three - Cut the A4 card so once folded it measures 14cm x 14cm or slightly larger than the netting previously cut.
step four - Attach the netting and the card (with teabag folded rosette on) centrally using the eyelets to hold in place. Finally thread the split pins through the eyelets to complete.
