| If you remember the 60's and this funky little box covered in mirrors is for you! |
Instructions |

step one - Paint the base and the lid of the box and allow paint to dry. If needed paint a second time for a good covering.

step two - Take the sticky back ribbon and wrap around the lip of the lid overlapping the ribbon slightly then cutting down to size.

step three - Cut the hand made paper so it wraps around the box with a slight overlap and slightly shorter than the hieght of the box (discluding lid). Randomly sew the mirrors onto the paper. Mark where the paper would fold around a corner to make sure the mirror does not sit on a corner when paper is stuck around box.

step four - Put glue on the reverse of the handmade paper once all the mirrors are in place and wrap around the base of the box to complete.

Tricks of the Trade
Paint - Tester Pots When working on small projects which have to be painted tester pots are ideal. They come in a huge variety of colours, are available from most good DIY stores and are economical to use.
Paint - Drying When working on projects which involve painting the drying process can be awkward. So why not keep a few jam jars around which can be used to balance items on. This keeps your project lifted off the work surface so it does not stick to it.
